I’ve made these chocolate, lemon, and coffee macarons one time using a recipe loosely inspired by Adam Ragusea’s video. However, I didn’t write down my modifications and I can’t for the life of me get them to be nearly as good as the first time I made them. I will update this recipe once I get it right.
